This will be a really calm friday evening, I have to get up at 05.00 tomorrow and travel to Ystad for their yearly day of sports. It will start with lectures by me and Magdalena Forsberg, multiple world champion in Biathalon.

Then, in the evening, there will be a big gala with awards for the best athletes of the year in the Skåne region of Sweden. During the gala, some of Sweden’s best artists will perform, including Brolle Jr.

Last year, I decided not to work during the weekends anymore, but I have to make an exception when it comes to sporting events of this magnitude… they are always held on weekends 🙂
