WearAble by Lega launching this spring

I’m beyond excited to finally share something I’ve been thinking about for years, even during my time in politics: the relaunch of my company in a new form—WearAble by Lega—coming this spring!

Fifteen years ago, I founded LegaWear to create custom-made clothing tailored specifically for people with disabilities. It was a project close to my heart, built on the belief that everyone should have clothing that fits them perfectly, enhancing confidence. Over the years in politics, advocating for inclusion, empowerment, and human rights, I always knew I would come back to this mission. Now, as I embark on new journeys after politics, WearAble by Lega is at the forefront of what I’m proud to bring back—not for me, but for my community that still needs it.

At WearAble by Lega, we are redefining fashion with personalized clothing that empowers abilities and celebrates individuality. Our vision is simple yet powerful: true freedom comes from wearing clothes made for you, not the other way around.

And now, I’m looking for inspiring individuals to join us as RoleModels—those who embody confidence, resilience, and the spirit of empowerment. If you have a personal story to share and believe in the power of fashion to elevate self-expression, we’d love to hear from you!

Applications for RoleModels are open now. Be part of the movement as we set out to make fashion more inclusive, impactful, and empowering.

Please help us spread the word to the disability community worldwide. Nothing like WearAble by Lega exists anywhere in the world, so let’s make sure that everyone knows they can finally, finally get clothes that not only truly fit but also look great.
