Today was quite a busy day, it started out with interviews from Sweden’s Kanal 5, TV Channel, about the Play-offs for the Swedish Hockey Leauge that are soon to start. They wanted me to talk about Sport Psychology and how to best prepare a team mentally. The interview will air sometime during the Play Offs, I will let you know as soon as I know 🙂
